Eight villas on an east‑facing cove
A beach resort of eight villas in Sitio Guinling, San Fernando — El Nido, Palawan. Kitchenette and private veranda in every villa, from ₱5,500 a night, ten minutes from San Fernando Port.
Eight villas on Bacuit Bay from ₱5,500 a night, each with a kitchenette and a deep covered veranda — uncommon in El Nido at this tier, and the reason guests stay a week rather than two nights.
Solid timber doors on keypad locks. Granite counters. Narra frames. Woven amakan cladding on a river-stone skirting. It is the reason a week here does not feel like a week in a hotel — and the reason most guests cook one breakfast on the veranda and eat everything else at the restobar.
The cove faces east, so the light arrives over the water and leaves behind the ridge. Path and garden lighting is 2700 K only, kept low and glare‑free, because the dark sky is part of what we are selling.
Six of the eight, on the beachfront with a veranda facing the cove. Air-conditioned, queen bed plus a single, for up to three adults.

An open pavilion under woven bamboo — mats, rower, dumbbells, and no walls on the side that faces the palms.
Explore
Cold towels on a rattan tray, cast stone underfoot, and the walk to your villa starting where the vehicle stops.
Explore
Fresh catch from San Fernando, pizza from the deck oven, and a bar that stays open as long as the table does.
Explore
East-facing, flat until early afternoon, then the wind that made this a kitesurfing cove first.
Explore
Fifty seated at rounds, the kitchen on site, and a playground beside it for the children.
Explore
Hilot or Swedish under a nipa roof, booked at the lounge in the morning for the same afternoon.

2700 K, and nothing brighter
Low bollards down the walkways, two or three uplights into the specimen trees, festoon between the veranda posts. Kept deliberately dim: on an east-facing cove the sky is the amenity.
The evening
The lawn, the deck, and eight villas for the people you actually want there
The event lawn sits between the pool deck and the tree line, with festoon overhead and the service yard screened behind slatted timber. Exclusive use takes the whole property — eight villas, one kitchen, one bar.
